BCCCA Book Club
The Beverly Cleary Children's Choice Award is sponsored by the Oregon Association of School Libraries and is named in honor of Beverly Cleary, a beloved Oregon children's book author. Books on the ballot are targeted to the reading level of 2nd and 3rd graders and transitional readers. To be eligible to vote, children of all ages who have read (or read to them) at least 2 titles from the current the nominee list may vote. The winning title is announced annually on the anniversary of Beverly Cleary's birthday, April 12.
